💌 Returns & Exchanges – A Note From Project Ezza
We know that sometimes, even the most thoughtfully chosen pieces don’t work out. Whether it’s a size mismatch or something that just didn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help you exchange or return your order with kindness and ease.

🔁 Exchange & Return Timeline
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved by our team, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 24–48 hours.
We’ll attempt pickup twice—after that, you may be requested to ship the item back to our warehouse.
Reverse pickups are subject to availability in your area’s pincode.
All returns undergo a quality check once received. If approved, we’ll move forward with your exchange or issue store credit.
✨ Exchange deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 working days.
If your preferred size is out of stock, you’ll be offered an exchange for another item or a gift card of equivalent value, redeemable online or at any of our retail spaces.
💳 Refunds & Credit Notes
For return requests, we issue a credit note to your registered email once the returned item passes our quality check. This note can be used for any future Project Ezza purchase.
We request that all returns be sent back in the same condition they were received—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
If an item appears worn or damaged, we may not be able to approve your return.

📍 Cancellations
Order cancellations are only permitted on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, and only if the order hasn’t yet been dispatched.
All prepaid orders are final and not eligible for cancellation. In exceptional cases, a gift card may be issued for the paid amount (valid for 6 months) and redeemable only via our online or offline store.
🚚 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔎 Garment Issues – We’ve Got You
We offer a 30-day review period for garment concerns like color bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws. If reported within this window, we’ll arrange for a pickup and resolve the issue.
Reports made after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
✅ You Can Request an Exchange/Return If:
- The product doesn’t fit
- The item or packaging arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- An accessory or component is missing
Please ensure the item meets the following conditions:
- Is in original, unworn condition
- Tags, packaging, and accessories are all intact
- Has not been washed, altered, or tampered with
- Has no stains, odours, scratches, or damage
- Is returned as a complete set, if purchased as one
We reserve the right to decline returns/exchanges that don’t meet these standards.
📦 Return Pickup Details
Return pickups are coordinated by our trusted logistics partners. Once your request is acknowledged, they’ll reach out to schedule the collection. If pickup service is not available in your area, we’ll guide you on how to ship it back safely.
