- 100 Calm Coins = ₹10 off
Calm Coins are credited on every successful purchase.
For prepaid orders, they’re credited immediately.
For partial COD orders, they’re credited once payment is completed on delivery.
What are Calm Coins?

Where can I use my Calm Coins?
At the moment, Calm Coins can be used on purchases made on the Project Ezza website.

Do Calm Coins expire?
Yes.
Calm Coins expire 12 months from the date they’re credited to your account.
Can I use Calm Coins on discounted or sale products?
Yes, unless stated otherwise.
However, Calm Coins cannot be used alongside other coupon-based offers.
How do I redeem my Calm Coins?
You can redeem Calm Coins from the Rewards section on the website.
You can create a coupon for your desired discount value.
Your available Calm Coins and their value will be visible before you place your order.
Is there a minimum number of Calm Coins required to redeem?
Yes.
Calm Coins can be redeemed in multiples of 100, where:
- 100 Calm Coins = ₹10 off
Can I redeem Calm Coins partially?
Yes.
Calm Coins can be redeemed partially, but only in fixed values (for example, 100 coins at a time).
Any unused Calm Coins remain safely in your account for later.
Have my past purchases been counted?
Yes.
If you’ve shopped with Project Ezza before Calm Collective was introduced,
your Calm Coins have already been credited—no matter when you placed your order.

Where can I check my Calm Coins balance?
You can check your Calm Coins balance by logging into the Rewards section
using the same email ID you’ve used for your past purchases.
What happens to Calm Coins if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled or returned, the Calm Coins earned on that purchase will be adjusted accordingly.
If you used Calm Coins on an order that gets cancelled or returned,
those coins will be credited back to your account.
Can Calm Coins be transferred to someone else?
No.
Calm Coins are linked to your account and can’t be transferred or gifted.
Can Calm Coins be exchanged for cash?
No.
Calm Coins aren’t redeemable for cash and can only be used as discounts on Project Ezza purchases.
Will Calm Collective change or evolve in the future?
Yes—intentionally.
Calm Collective will grow as Project Ezza grows.
If anything changes, we’ll always communicate it clearly and transparently.
