We ship globally via DHL.
Payments for international orders can be made through Debit/Credit Cards. If you prefer a bank transfer, you can reach out to us and we’ll assist you.
Shipping charges vary based on your location and order. These are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you make the payment.
Please note: shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other local charges. These vary by country and are determined by your local authorities.
We ensure full compliance with export laws from our end. However, the responsibility for import regulations, duties, and taxes in the destination country lies with the recipient.
Some countries have limits on the number of items that can be imported. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order.
While we will fulfil and ship your order from our end, clearance into your country, along with any applicable duties or taxes, is the responsibility of the consignee.
In case an order is not cleared by customs for any reason, we may, at our discretion, process a refund after deducting shipping costs, return duties, and any other charges incurred.
Shipping charges are automatically added at checkout.
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–6 days post dispatch, depending on your location.
While we aim to dispatch everything on time, there may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please feel free to reach out to us.
Once shipped, you’ll receive updates from our logistics partner on your registered email and phone number.

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return. If you need help with sizing, we’re always happy to assist before you place your order.

 

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, VAT, and any applicable local taxes. These may need to be paid to release your order upon arrival.
