At Project Ezza, every piece is crafted with care and intention — from design to delivery. We want you to absolutely love what you wear.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds with fairness and ease.
🔄 Returns & Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds, but we gladly accept returns for store credit.

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit (equal to the product value) that you can use on any future purchase.
- The above is not applicable for product purchased in the Sale.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@projectezza.com with your order details and photos of the product.

We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
