🚫 Cancellation Policy

At Project Ezza, every order is made and packed with care, often shortly after it’s placed. To keep things fair and efficient for everyone, we allow order cancellations only before shipment.


πŸ•“ When Can You Cancel

  • You can request a cancellation only before your order has been shipped.

  • Once the product has been shipped or handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚚 After Shipment

Once an order is shipped, it enters the dispatch process and cannot be cancelled or recalled.

If you still wish to return the product after receiving it, please refer to our Refund or Return policy for details on store credits and replacements.
