📦 Order Processing
We aim to ship every order within 24 hours, and request up to 72 hours during busy times. All orders are packed and dispatched from our studio in Mumbai, India, using trusted shipping partners like Delhivery and Blue Dart.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder (they can be sneaky sometimes!).
For Bestsellers, it may take upto 7 working days to ship.
We know mistakes can happen—so if you need to update your address, phone number, or size, you can write to us at support@projectezza.com within 24 hours of placing your order, or before your order is shipped, whichever comes first. While cancellations aren’t possible, we’re happy to help you make small changes wherever we can.
📬 Shipping Timelines
We ship across India and internationally.

Within India: Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location, the shipping partner, and weather or logistical conditions.

International Orders: Timelines vary by destination. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or equivalent reliable partners.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your happy mail home.
⏳ Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our facility. The full amount is charged at checkout, and while cancellations are not allowed, we’re happy to help you modify order details (like size or address) before shipping.

Pre-paid : We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders—a small thank you from us to you;
Cash on Delivery : We only offer partial cash on delivery which is dynamically calculated at check out. In case the shipment is returned for whatsoever reason, the partial payment is non-refundable.
